Mr. Lofft entered commercial real estate in 1998 based in the dynamic Washington, DC and Baltimore markets, and has worked to secure facilities across the country ranging from central offices, microwave tower networks, and earth stations in telecommunications, laser eye surgery centers and dental suites for retail medical providers, BL-3 biotech R&D suites in biotech, SCIF installations for security related firms, data centers for a variety of users, warehousing facilities for distribution companies, build-to-suits and corporate headquarters.

With the financial and operational skill-sets earned with his MBA (Georgetown University, 1997), Mr. Lofft approaches each facilities challenge with rigor and sensitivity to the effects of his clients' facilities portfolios on their bottom lines. From 1993-1997, Mr. Lofft worked at the US Department of Commerce, focused on trade relations with Russia and the New Independent States.
