Michelle Rich Goode, founder of Rich Commercial Realty, has more than 26 years of experience in commercial real estate and has represented a prestigious list of clients. Establishing Rich Commercial Realty in 1989 as one of the first tenant representative firms in the Triangle, she has a B.A. degree from Meredith College and an M.L.S. from East Carolina University.
