If you have a referral to send us, simply fill out the form below or contact us by phone or email. Register your client with us and we will pay a 20% referral fee* (of the total commission we collect on the transaction) once a commercial real estate agreement is signed.
We want to make this process as easy as possible. You need not be involved in the negotiation or tour the space with the client. If your referral uses our national commercial real estate services to identify commercial space and a lease transaction is consummated, we will notify you and deliver your referral.
*If we have already registered your client previously or were contacted by that person at an earlier date we will not consider that client to be a qualified referral. You must be a licensed real estate agent to collect a referral in the US. If you are not a licensed real estate agent, we will make other arrangements to reward you for the referral (licensing fee, gift or gas card, etc.)
